About MapleSilk

An international trade partner built around transparency.

We support businesses seeking qualified suppliers, buyers and commercial opportunities across Canada, Europe, India and other global markets.

MapleSilk Global Procurement Inc. is a federally registered Canadian international trade, sourcing and procurement services company. We identify relevant commercial partners, support supplier and buyer development, coordinate verification, RFQs, negotiations, samples and procurement activities, and help move legitimate international trade opportunities forward.

For India-related engagements, our India operating capability in Barnala, Punjab supports supplier identification, documentation checks, factory/site visits and physical inspections across Punjab and, where required, other North Indian markets including Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi. The scope is confirmed before paid work begins.

MapleSilk Global does not primarily purchase goods for resale or add undisclosed product margins. Where appropriate, the buyer and supplier contract and settle payment directly for merchandise, while MapleSilk Global separately invoices its disclosed buyer service fee or retainer, and any supplier-side commercial compensation is documented separately in writing.

Our operating principle

CONNECT the right business parties.

VERIFY the supplier and agreed information.

TRANSPARENCY in product pricing and MapleSilk compensation.

Supplier/product pricing and MapleSilk Global compensation are kept separately identifiable so commercial parties understand who is being paid for what.

India-side capability

Verification where the supplier operates.

Our India operating capability supports supplier identification, business/document checks, factory or facility visits and agreed inspection activities. Physical verification is currently available in India and is subject to the agreed scope, supplier permission and site rules.

Services

Built around the procurement work that actually matters.

Project-based procurement combines clearly defined buyer service fees with separately documented supplier-side commercial compensation. Specialized physical verification and third-party services can be scoped and agreed before work begins.

The European operation is planned to operate alongside the Canadian corporation and expand our ability to support EU–Canada, India–EU and worldwide commercial opportunities.

Canada • Europe • India • Global Markets

The planned Madrid operation is intended to support EU buyer development, EU supplier development, Canada–EU commercial opportunities, India–EU procurement, international supplier verification and cross-border procurement coordination.
